Welcome to SkillFlex Academy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our offline coaching, website, learning platform, and our VS Code Addon. By enrolling in any of our programs, accessing resources, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. If you're under 18, parental or guardian consent is required to enroll in our courses.
2. Account Registration
You may be required to register for an account to access course materials or use the VS Code Addon. You agree to provide accurate, updated details and maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Course Enrollment & Payments
- All fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed installment plan.
- Access to course content may be withheld for unpaid dues.
- Offline workshops, project reviews, or certificate processing may incur additional charges.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of enrollment, provided:
- No more than 20% of the course (or project modules) has been accessed or completed
- Refund requests are submitted in writing via email to contact@skillflexacademy.com
- Offline enrollments must request refunds in person or via physical application form.
5. VS Code Addon Usage
Our proprietary VS Code Addon is provided solely for educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the tool
- Use it to copy or store copyrighted content
- Share project solutions or auto-generated code with others
6. Student Responsibilities
As a student of SkillFlex Academy, you agree to:
- Participate actively in sessions, whether offline or online
- Submit assignments/projects by the given deadlines
- Maintain respectful behavior towards faculty, peers, and staff
7. Prohibited Activities
- Sharing login credentials or course content
- Using bots, scripts, or plagiarism in code/project submissions
- Disrupting classes or causing harm to academy reputation
- Recording sessions without prior written consent
8. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, presentations, tests, Addon tools, course notes, logos, etc.) is owned by SkillFlex Academy and protected by copyright laws. Reuse or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful course completion, provided:
- All assignments and capstone projects are submitted and approved
- Attendance (for offline coaching) is 75% or higher
- No disciplinary violations or unpaid dues exist
10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in unethical or disruptive behavior, without refund.
11. Disclaimers
While we strive to provide quality education and placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment. Outcomes depend on your effort, participation, and skill development.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, store, and process your data.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Any updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Andhra Pradesh or Uttar Pradesh.
